Health and Beauty

Care when they need it most.

If you are eager to work collaboratively with people in your career, and want to make a positive difference, big or small, in your clients’ lives, the health and beauty industries are almost always in demand. This is because not only will you be coming into the workforce with relevant knowledge and practical skills, but you are also coming in with the goal of providing empathetic and humane service.

Wanting to go into further study after getting your qualification from Central Regional TAFE? Regardless of your age or Year 12 results, we have arrangements with Australian Universities that ensure our students who have achieved Diploma qualifications in our campuses can go on to study related Bachelor’s Degrees at partner universities, oftentimes with guaranteed credits.

Not only will starting your learning and development at Central Regional TAFE provide you with practical, industry-relevant skills from the beginning, you will also have the opportunity to study further and apply the theoretical principles you will learn at University to your daily practice as you come into the workforce.

Did you know?

The health industry is not just hospital care it includes, primary health care, dental assisting and technology, radiographers, massage therapists, osteopathy and pharmacy support, just to name a few. No wonder this sector is the largest employer!
