Want to study at University? A Central Regional TAFE Diploma or Advanced Diploma qualification can be your TAFE to uni pathway, no matter how old you are or how you did at high school.
From TAFE to University
Save time and money by studying at Central Regional TAFE and having that accredited training recognised and credited towards your University study.
This means you’ll spend less time studying, and could save money in uni fees over time. While you’re fast-tracking your education, you might even be eligible for VET Student Loans for your tuition fees.
You can also use some qualifications as an online University pathway, making it easier to learn while you’re working too.
Plus, employers love practical skills and knowledge combined with theoretical knowledge. So if you graduate with a VET Diploma, or an Advanced Diploma qualification, then use TAFE as a pathway to university and attain a Bachelor degree, you’ll be a huge step above the rest of the workforce competition.
Our Articulation Agreements with Universities
Central Regional TAFE has agreements with Australia’s leading universities, which means once you undertake a course with us, you can go into direct entry to relevant Bachelor’s programs in universities across the country. If we don’t have an agreement with your chosen uni, you might still be able to credit your training towards your chosen Bachelor.
In the Midwest, you can use your relevant course qualification from CRTAFE as credited units towards a Bachelor of Social Work, a Bachelor of Psychological Science, a Bachelor of Nursing, or a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood).
Further afield, your completed Diploma or Advanced Diploma courses can be credited towards several Bachelor’s degrees. At Curtin University you could credit your study towards a Bachelor in Commerce, a Bachelor of Technology, Computer Systems and Networking, a Bachelor of Science, or Bachelor of Agribusiness, to name a few.
