This short course will give you the skills and the ability to engage in the sale or service of alcohol responsibly. It is a legal requirement to hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate if you wish to work in a licensed venue and you are selling or serving alcohol. You must be 18 to sell or serve alcohol.
Achievement of this unit provides credit towards qualifications in the SIT Tourism, Travel and Hospitality Training Package.

- Secondary school aged persons (in 2024, students born on or after 1 July 2006 who are at least 15 years old in 2024) undertaking training that is not part of a VET Delivered to Secondary Schools program, the maximum course (tuition) fee chargeable is $420. Additional resource fees and discretionary fees may apply.
