This course is for those that have completed the Regulatory Officer Compliance (ROCS) 1 workshop and are wanting to further develop their skills and knowledge. Students will complete two separate workshops over four days. 

Parking Controls (2 Days) 

Students will perform parking controls and parking meter maintenance duties. 

Investigate Alleged Breaches (2 Days) 

Students will learn how to actively take witness statements and produce written reports detailing the investigation techniques used to obtain evidence.
