With a Certificate III in retail learn how to engage with customers, maintain daily store operations, understand merchandising and deliver on organisational expectations. Once qualified you will have the skills to perform roles such as frontline sales assistant, customer service representative, shop assistant, retail supervisor, team leader and senior sales assistant.
This qualification involves online learning and workplace demonstration of practical skills. Students are responsible for their own paid or voluntary workplace arrangements.

- Secondary school aged persons (in 2025, students born on or after 1 July 2007 who are at least 15 years old in 2025) undertaking training that is not part of a VET Delivered to Secondary Schools program, the maximum course (tuition) fee chargeable is $420. Additional resource fees and discretionary fees may apply.
- VET Student Loans for eligible courses and fee caps may be subject to changes implemented by the Australian Government.
