The Certificate IV in Business Administration is designed for people with business experience, who want to expand their skills or move into a more senior or supervisory role.

It's great for job roles that carry out a mix of specialist and moderately complex administrative or operational tasks; such as Executive Assistant, Office Administrator, Project Officer or Account Executive. 

You'll learn how to manage customer needs and feedback; develop complex business documents, reports and spreadsheets; facilitate positive workplace communication; develop and build business relationships; deliver effective presentations to groups; work in effective teams; and workplace health and safety.
