With our Certificate III in Tourism, you will be equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the ever-evolving tourism industry.

• Customer Approach: Developing the ability to provide outstanding service to tourists, ensuring their needs are met while creating memorable experiences.
• Sales and Promotion: Learning to effectively sell tourism products and services, whether it's offering tour packages, accommodations, or experiences to
travelers.
• Destination Knowledge: Gaining in-depth knowledge of various tourist destinations, their attractions, and the ability to guide tourists to make informed choices.
• Communication Skills: Mastering communication techniques to engage with travelers, answer inquiries, and resolve issues professionally and effectively.
• Administrative Proficiency: Acquiring skills in administrative tasks relevant to the tourism industry, such as booking management, record-keeping, and
processing payments.

RTO Entry Requirements
Candidates will be required to participate in a pre-enrolment interview and language, literacy, and numeracy assessment to ensure they possess sufficient LLN skill. Other areas include:
• Basic computer skills level III (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher
Training Contract - A traineeship contract is a formal agreement between an employer and a trainee that outlines the terms and conditions of the traineeship program.
• Parties Involved - Employer, Group Trainer, and RTO
• Duration - The start and end date of the traineeship
• Training Plan - a description of a unit of competency selected for traineeship, signed by all parties
• Supervision - Who will supervise and mentor the trainee during the program
