Access your credentials with My eQuals
From 16 November 2026, Central Regional TAFE will issue new awards, qualifications and academic statements through My eQuals, giving you secure online access to your official credentials.
Paper credentials will continue during the transition.
Using My eQuals
My eQuals is an official digital credentials platform used across Australia and New Zealand.
Your Central Regional TAFE credentials can be accessed online and securely shared with employers, education providers and other organisations for employment, further study, professional registration or credential checks.
Access and share your credentials, request previous records, and find helpful information using the resources on the right.
When your credentials are issued, you’ll receive an email from My eQuals with a link to your account.
If you’re new to My eQuals:
- Follow the link in your My eQuals email.
- Register using the same email address the notification was sent to.
- Look for a second email to activate your account.
- Log in to view your credentials.
Don’t register with My eQuals before receiving your email. Your credentials won’t appear until they have been issued by Central Regional TAFE.
Your My eQuals notification will be sent to your personal email address when your credentials are issued.
Make sure your personal email address is current so you don’t miss your notification.
Once your credentials are available in My eQuals, you can share them by email, secure link or with a registered organisation.
You can also add a PIN or expiry date to control who can access your credentials and for how long.
My eQuals is free to use. If you already have a My eQuals account from another education provider, you can link your accounts.
Some earlier credentials may not be available through My eQuals.
If you need a replacement or reprint of a previous award, qualification or academic statement, complete the Reprint Request Form.

Central Regional TAFE issues official digital credentials through My eQuals.
To verify a Central Regional TAFE qualification, ask the student or graduate to share their credential with you through My eQuals. You can then check the credential online.
Credentials issued through My eQuals are digitally signed and tamper-evident, allowing you to confirm they are genuine.
We recommend accepting credentials shared through My eQuals rather than uncertified PDFs.
